Return Policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Please note that damage to the product or packaging may result in deductions or rejection of the refund.
To start a return, you can contact us at support@wallisto.com. Returns must be sent through courier to the following address:
D8, Phase 3, Safari Boulevard, Block 15, Gulistan-e-Johar, Karachi
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right if it qualifies under our return policy.
Due to courier policies, parcels cannot be opened before payment. However, if there is a valid issue after opening, we do accept return requests. The product must be in its original condition and packaging. Returns will not be accepted if the product is used, mishandled, or damaged.
Product Clarification
All Wallisto products are printed artworks unless explicitly stated otherwise. We do not sell hand-painted items unless clearly mentioned in the product description.
Please read the product description thoroughly before placing your order. Claims based on misunderstanding the product type, such as expecting a painting when a print is sold, do not qualify for refunds.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned. These include:

Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the one you have if it is eligible. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order separately.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. Your item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is also required.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. If the refund is approved, we will process it using your original payment method or via Easypaisa or JazzCash where applicable. Refunds are issued within 10 business days of approval.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at support@wallisto.com.
